No Rewards for Ascent to Power Quest

After I complete the trial, before I was able to complete ascendancy, my game crashed and I was sent back to town. I tried teleporting back to the room, but I was sent to entrance instead (new instance).

At this point, my quest is still incomplete, so I tried to teleport to Traitor's Passage. I defeated Balbala, but she no longer drops Balbala's Barya for me to open a new trial instance.
