Can't progress, Act2 can't move caravan to Traitor's Passage

Have the trail of corruption quest, have saved Risu and I need to move to the traitors passage location to get the waypoint and move forward.

I tried reloading the town, changing instances, logging out and back in. No dice. Character cannot move forward in the story.

I did move quickly through the quest dialog and clicked the map just before the quest update played on my screen, not sure if that caused it.

Hope this gets fixed?

I was able to get help to get the waypoint, but if I was SSF this would have been a hard lock.

How do you get help? I'm stuck with the same issue in act 2 cruel and have tried a lot of things but nothing works.
