How to delete a unknown steam account?

Hi All,
i received a POE2 key and can finally play after discovering nvidia geforce now! i set up a steam account and tried to link it here but i found theres already a steam account linked here. i have no idea whos account this is and cant delete it. i contacted support but they havent gotten back to me. is there a way to get rid of this?
