Couture of Crimson Gilded Vestments possibly bugged

Whenever I equip the unique chest piece Couture of Crimson Gilded Vestments, my persistent buffs/auras flip flop on whether or not I have enough spirit. With 100 max spirit, I can equip only Blasphemy with a single curse, start a map with the remaining 40, and eventually it will disable Blasphemy and claim I don't have enough spirit. I can run my entire set up with gems on Life Remnant with my other chest piece just fine, but equipping this one for some reason screws it all up
