Gemling Legionnaire Gem studded double Clarity (mana regen) not working ?

Hello everyone,

As a gemling legionnaire, using the Gem studded ascendy skill (allows to use 2 of the same support gems in different skills) I have noticed that it doesn't seem to work for the "Clarity" mana regen support gem.

Both persistent skills active, 1 Clarity added

Here is the definition of the Clarity Gem:

Effects
・30% Increased Mana Regeneration rate while a supported skill is active

It seems to me that having two Clarities added should both increase of 30% the base mana regen ? Or am I missing something here ?
