Killing bosses that reward Skill Points. NOT SHOWING

Hello and good morning everyone,

the previous day i was in a party that we were splash and dashing through act 3 cruel. We reached till the endgame and i today i decided to go back and do the bosses that we didn't kill while doing the act as fast as possible.

Since i didn't pay a lot of notice while running in a party i opened the map and start jumping in the areas were the boss wasn't greyed out.

I went to a few of them but in my big surprise they must be completed but not greyed out, because they didn't award me anything.

Is there anyway to know if you have completed all the quest and got the reward, for the most important stuff like skills or resistances ? Will there be any bug fix for that kind of stuff anytime soon, which is more important than nerfing builds ?
