Flashing in Ziggurat Encampment

Anytime I go to this town I get a pretty gnarly flash happening on my screen, unsure if its assets clipping in and out of the camera in the extreme foreground or what.. but its seizure warning levels of bad.

Act 3 flashing textures is still on-going. Temporary fix is to set Texture to Medium. While the snow remains,
veiled in the haze of evening, a cold leafless branch. Flowers are only flowers because they fall, but thankfully the Wind. |
