Gem stash tab greyed out and can’t put anything on it

Dear Sir, had a problem with gem stash tab that I've purchased two days ago. I got charged twice for the gem stash tab as the game gave me 2 gem stash tab instead of one. I don’t mind that but right now both gem stash tab not working as both got greyed out and I can’t put anything in it. Emailed support@grindinggear.com immediately but until now still no reply whatsoever. Kindly help on this as it’s frustrating to manually sort all gem when I purposely bought the gem stash tab to circumvent this. Tqvm in advance
