Game keep crushing in Ziggurat Refuge, after campeign, can't do first map

As title, just finished 2nd character's long and boring campeign, can't just go back to hideout and do new character's first map, the quest insist I HAVE TO do a map in Ziggurat Refuge.

So I go to the town and put a map in, and game crashed when I click "enter", tried about 10 times, switch server, restart the game, restart my pc, all failed.

I guess it's the game's issue, and I can't do anything until GGG fix that?

That is to say, all ppl like me who met this issue, their character is technically blocked or bricked and can't do anything now.

dude, even poe1 let ppl just do a map in hideout after first chracter, why this simple shit get rerolled to ancient era?

A new update: my first character is able to open a map, and the second one still failed and crushed.

So the problem is 100% not my pc or windows update, it's the game itself.
