Low Power Siphon DPS

My current DPS with GMP and Chain is about 330, I'm forced to use LMP instead most of the time. Any suggestions will be helpful, thanks.

Get a much better wand. Must be base imbued.
You need ele damage on your ammy and gloves, and IAS on gloves. Preferably find ele % damage on your belt and rings and ammy if you can, otherwise stick with the flats. Again, your wand is shit, and the wand does a lot of carrying for your dps. Ign: TheMidgetCow (Level 88.8 CI Leapslam Templar --- Default)

You need a wand that boost physical damage. I would try to see if you can get Hatred in there as well since it is based off of the amount of physical damage you do.
