Account banned, Can't link PS5 account

Hello,

So I downloaded and have been playing the Steam PC version of POE2 and I paid for the PS5 version and went to login and it said that my account was banned. Upon further investigation, I discovered someone had hacked my POE login from years ago (Mind you, I never played the original more than a few hours) and was banned for 3rd party software. I sent emails to the customer service, and the unban request email but haven't heard back. I checked all of my emails to see if I had anything about attempted logins and couldn't find anything. I don't know where to look from here. I purchased both versions, I'm logged into my Steam POE account but the email associated with my PS5 is the same one as my OG account that was hacked.

Any advice?

Thanks yall! Just wanted to be able to play at my other place whenever I'm there. My steam account runs fine.
