Infernal Flame loss not prevented after using skills with cooldowns.

The Pyromantic Pact ascendency node states that infernal flames are lost starting 2 seconds after last gaining infernal flame. This is not happening when using many skills with cooldowns, such as grenade skills and emergency reload. These skills still build infernal flames, but do not pause the infernal flame loss after use.
