Trial of Sekhemas boon to restore to full life

Doing Trial of Sekhemas 3rd floor, got boon 'next time you go below 20% health, restore health and mana to full, and honour by 50%'. Great right?

Well no, it restored me to full, I died half a second later with full health and honour, 30min of stealth ninja master down the drain.

Remove this damn honour system, it's one of the worst thing I've ever seen in games.

The same thing has happened to me several times now. instant death with "next time you go below 20% health, restore health and mana to full, and honour by 50%". The boon is useless. It doesn't seem to work what-so-ever.
