Hello,
I'm currently experiencing an error that blocked my ascension quest. I have almost completed a quest for ascension. I killed the final boss of the trial and I teleported to the town to sell/leave items to pick up items that dropped from the boss. Then when I wanted to go back into teleport I couldn't go in and teleport had no location name over it. I waited around 24h but it didn't reset and I can't complete a quest and so I need a reset of this quest. Also there is another bug where you can start this trial again and it crashes the game until reset of character location. I attached a screenshot from my game that shows it.
