Shield Charge is mainly a strength skill?
I'm confuse why this skill has very high strength requirement. This should be strength and Dexterity skill right? If the current version of the skills remain, Duelist, Mercenary and Ranger won't be able to use this skill as a main skill.

In PoE1 I play shielded duelist and love shield charge, here it could be a problem or it would never be leveled. For Range/ Piker it will be even worse and probably just unavailable. |

@OP I hope you know this shield charge is different from POE 1. It has cooldown--yes a cooldown.
So, the actual skill is quite good--better than in POE 1, but the cooldown has just ruind it and made it useless at least for mobility. |

" I agree that shields are heavy but these characters will be fighting giants and interdimensional beings so I don't think they can't use a big chunk of metal specially the dex chars. But if this skill is specifically for str builds then I wish they should add equivalent for dex + str builds. |

Had the same problem in 1 a few leagues back the attribute requirements for everything got basically cut in half,
the more i play the more it feels like there is no interaction between the dev teams and they are just repeating mistakes at this point |
