Sao Paulo (Brazil) server will ever be fixed?

Since last Path of Exile 1 new league, the Sao Paulo (Brazil) server had around 140MS for me, making it unplayable, I thought that it was going to change with Path of Exile 2, but I was wrong, I bought it thinking it was going to have better servers but I was wrong.

I'm from Buenos Aires Argentina and I should be getting around 30~40ms like in a lot of other games that has BR Servers.

Sao Paulo (Brazil) server is of very poor quality. It gives me a full disconnect every 15 - 60 minutes. It has been like this since path of exile 1.
For the love of god please change the server.

Dude, I've been yelling at the void about this problem for YEARS. It's not always a thing, but every now and then, at least once a league, it starts randomly shitting itself on and off for a couple days. But it's really hard to get enough people to pay attention to the problem for GGG to take notice. It's incredibly frustrating...

I used to switch to texas or DC temporarily when this happened, but the game is too fast and reaction based for that now...

Weird, it works perfectly fine for me.

Sorry to tell you, but it's not the server. I'm also from Buenos Aires, and run a constant 45-50ms, with very rare disconnection issues. You might want to check your network and stuff 'cause it might be on your side.

I second that, the periodic disconnects part specifically.

I don't know what datacenter the Docker container, VM or physical server the Sao Paulo realm is hosted on, but consistently the server will die, you get disconnected and you have to retry a couple times to log back in.

It was that way in POE1 as well. And it was not on my end since I've had three different ISP's experiencing this problem, and I have a working connection to other hosts while this happens.

i live in brasília (the capital) and get DC'd from SP server all the time too... it's kinda lame AF... some days are better, but some days i lose maps and stuff with that.

i'm lvl 88 at the moment.

The random disconnects kill me each time they happen... I think it has been a week since my last level gain. I just can't gain enough XP to compensate for the XP loss for each time i die because the game disconnected me.

I have given up trying to reach 90.

I really thinking about just giving up avoiding death all together. No point in playing safe to me at this point, to be honest. I'll just die randomly and lose a day's worth of XP for reasons out of my control.

Just last week i have lost:

- good Trial of the Sekhemas run.
- 3 Rituals (with full saving points)
- Map Boss.

At total i think i have lost well over 50~60% xp at this point.
And since i've read in other topics, i don't think there will ever be a solution for this.

For example this:
I saved 1500 ritual points only to get disconnected at the moment i click on the ritual. (this exact way of disconnecting has happened twice to me already)



And then when i connect back, i see i have lost 10% of my XP and the map. So i DIED while i was disconnected.
