Be WARNED "+% Chance for flasks you use to not consume charges" - BUGGED w/ Poisonous Concoction

Hello Poisonous concoction enjoyers. The "+% Chance for flasks you use to not consume charges" on the skill tree does not work with this skill currently, unlike in PoE1 whereas it did work.

I believe this is a bug or oversight how Pconc now consumes the new mana flasks.

I assume the unique item "Husk of Dreams Shaman Mantle" does not work with this skill either, as the wording is exact from on the skill tree.

I also assume this bug applies to all concoction skills, as they all consume 5 charges from your mana flask per attack.

Also if this skill gets looked at, PLEASE consider rebalancing the amount of charges this skill uses. With 250% increased charge gain (near max on the skill tree), plus a perfect rolled flask, and the flask aura (alchemist's boon), you can attack once every TWO seconds in a single target situation with this skill. That is horribly under-tuned.

Concs are DEAD... just tried it and it is not possible to sustain the mana flask drain.
