Jamanra Bug - No Sekhema barrier

I did Jamanra in a5, several times he did the sand attack one shot mechanic while Sekehma did not put up her barrier. First death was in SSFHC at 58, I did it two more times in standard with no barrier to be found. It randomly worked on another attempt. I was a minion build, I'm not sure if minion collisions affected her being able to create the barrier.

I had 6 skeletal reavers and 2 snipers at the time. I noticed while clearing the dreadnought that they would body block sekhema and vice versa through collisions. This may be why she never put up the barrier if she was just stuck and was too slow to do so. Game breaking for HC since it is a 1 shot mechanic.
