Resistance Calculations Error

After Act 1, in Act 2, there was an error in the resistance calculations. For example, the lightning resistance, which should have been 57%, is calculated as 47%, and the fire resistance, expected to be 58%, is showing as 48%.

" As I understand it, that's how the resistance penalty works in PoE2. 10% lower resists per act, and extra penalties in maps (I've only heard 20% lower in tiers 11-16, but I also 10% lower in 6-10 as well). |

" But this is in act 2! Is this normal? It's ok when going from normal to cruel (act 3 to 4) or in endgame, but isn't it too early for it to happen this early? |
