Siphon Mana Rare Enemies as a Sorc!

Okay so im noob at the game and maybe there is a way to deal with them but HOOOLY SHIET theeeey are sooo disgusting to fight, im a sorceress and the only thing I can do is run and pray to have the dmg to kill the mob before going out of potions, is so frustating to just have fun clearing a map and boom, an enemy with 0 counterplay runing at you and killing you while you cant do nothing.... nerf the movespeed or something, is really not fun to just die cus Im a mage.
