Bug Report - Necromantic Talisman not working with Choir of the Storm

Basicly title,

but i tried a lot of different amulet and choir of the storm wasn't working when my minion was doing critical strikes.

Also tried using Beacon of Azis and did not see a damage increase (maybe need to test more)

But choir of the storm definitely wasn't working. No lightning were triggered when my minion were critting.
