Curse Cast

This is probably the most clunky feeling skill in the game. You cast it and it doesn't land until later. I end up blowing entire mana bars on curse casting because it isnt landing when I am casting it. This I am sure is intentional, but it feels like a bug because its so bad. Get rid of this. When I cast a spell it should hit.
