'Increased Chaos Damage' Nodes does not scale Poison but Despair and Wither does (ID: #2133836662)
Tested Gas Arrow on Unique Enemy with single Arrow, with and without 21% increased Chaos Damage from the Tree and it shows the same average numbers on a good sample size.
For reference i also did the same test on Gas Arrow with Despair, which clearly shows 25% more Poison Damage in my Build. For reference i also tested Withering Touch applied with Rain of Arrow and Chaos Infusion against the same Rain of Arrows without Witchering Touch, which shows 23% more Poison Damage from Gas Arrow when Wither applied. This is expacelly important, because the Wording on Wither is 'Increased Chaos Damage per Stack'! So Increased Chaos Damage from the Tree should also scale Poison, because its Chaos Damage over Time. Yes, seems to be the case. Might not be a bug too as poison description suggests that it's not affected by any other % increases except those that affect poisoning attack hit.
