Cant transfer points to guild

Tried to transfer points in poe2 to my guild but it seems to have bugged out, they were removed from my account and were never received by the guild. When I look in the guild transactions on the website the transferred amount is listed with a cancel button next to it but clicking cancel doesn't work either. Its been about a day and my points seem to be stuck in limbo.
