[Crossbow] Should be adressed asap

This weapon (not NADES!) feels so weak and clunky, it's even hard to describe
Remove reload comletely or (better AND) increase base damage bonus in 2-3 times. It's weakness hard to compare to anything. Like Bow doesn't need to have dumb reload, but do 2 times more damage at least. Minions do not need reload and do TONS more damage Ice monk just freeze anything and breezing through campain But xbow is pure pain: it's either low damage OR zero aoe. Again: I do not talk about nades, pretty sure they were mentioned as support damage source and utility, but not as main DPS with abusive yet slowpoke gameplay Auctioneer House - is a MUST! Playin Nades, not to bad of course...
But I would like to actually use the shotgun stuff efficiently in maps/trials so you could also freeze like a monk and do damage at the same time. Dunno, might be viable but not figured out yet, but yeah seems like Ranger is the sc winning strategy once again if you just want to blast arrows. And don't get me started on the sniper rifle like skill lol, so clunky and the related armor breaking skill is just so lackluster seems to be not even worth it to use. Since monk can freeze and roll anyway they might aswell buff the shotgun stuff. Aoe freeze + high damage skill would be cool as alternative to grenades and freezing seems to be essential to even have a chance in the sekhema trial so you don't get hit to often. I don't mind the reload, however, too many of the useful skills have a base shot count of 1. A good change for Crossbow would be to change the skills to have a minimum of two shots before needing to reload, and they NEED to fix the dodge-rolling reload bug that's affecting it right now.

Ive done the first two trials only, and I refuse to step foot in another trial ever. Every spec ive seen people use or post on youtube is crap. Dont follow them. I have no idea what you all doing, or gearing for, and no im not sharing my spec. Use your brain and figure it out. You should be able to almost tell what ive done by watching my clips. Bow also gets a quiver with extra buffs on it, but crossbow doesnt need a quiver. so where do we keep all the ammo were reloading?

Reloading sucks. Ammo swapping sucks. Its obvious why grenades are where people gravitate to when it functions the way a skill in arpg should. By point amd click the button to make the magic happen. The extra clunk of the class has no apparent upside is the main issue here imo

Give me the hardest mobs, and all the bosses, all in one single room, and Ill finish the trial in seconds. Im not running 8 stupidly designed stages, 3 times just to get to a boss. Its retarded... " Sheesh, i was in act 2 now just using the galvanic shard, feels ok, need to hit the lv41 to get the boss skill for bossing to feel ok, before getting the reload passive it does feel a bit slow but after getting it is just blasting, do u use the voltaic nades tho? |
