Please allow us to use all 6 portals after death

Waste of time is a nice way to put it, and the complete opposite to my experience with the early game, where I had to die a few times, phase the bosses and learn their mechanics to pass. Death was rewarding and helped me understand what I needed to do for achieving success, which is the exact opposite case playing maps.

I agree with everyone's comments about the portals disappearing after death. I've been running maps and haven't been having any issues with clears, but many times I'll get one-shot by some random mechanic just before completion and I end up losing all progress. Losing the map completion for Atlas progress is punishment enough, but losing every portal, losing 10% experience, and losing all associated tower/waystone bonuses you've invested in that map feels excessively punishing.

At least 2 portals would be nice.
I'd love to try the demon form but it is just too risky. As a seasoned PoE player I know that the stray projectile from off screen will impact when you are at 1 HP |

I feel like a system like this could work:
T1-3: 6 portals T4-6: 5 portals T7-9: 4 portals etc. |

" Sounds much better doing it in a similar manner rather than the current system, if one is not powerful enough to engage with red maps, they can still have multiple tries in yellow/white maps to get some of the endgame mechanics/currency |
