Cant get into manor even after killing executioner and saving prisoner

I killed the executioner, saved the prisoner, then went back home to talk with said prisoner. I then got off the game. When I got back the prisoner was still home but I needed to kill the executioner. I killed the executioner but I couldn't enter the manor bc the game wanted me to save the prisoner. But I already saved her, so it completely blocked me. I tried closing and reopening the game but that didn't work. Im still stuck.
