Sacraficial heart Aggorat

After completing Act 3 and entering cruel i dropped the Heart. I proceeded to then return to Aggorat to complete the quest without the heart and was still able to place it on the required place.

Unsure if intentional incase you lose it but thought id report regardless

I cant get back there either. Missed the heart and 2 points on the tree. Has to be a bug.

Same issue, i'm level 91 and still missing these points -- heart on the ground but no dagger to click
