More dispersed attribute investment on tree would be nice

Some particular thoughts:

* Attribute nodes at junctions with the "second travel ring" (similar to PoE1's attribute node positions) that offer +15 to any Attribute.

* Alternate travel points routing around the outermost jewel sockets (one on each side) that grant +8 to the Attribute associated with the area (+4 to a pair of attributes if routing past the sockets straight out from mixed-attribute classes).

* Additional passive wheels similar to Polymathy at the strength/int and dex/int edges of the tree. Some thoughts for the "bonus stat effect notable" for each: Strength/int gives nearby allies +1 to Armor for every 2 of your Attributes, and dex/int gives you +30 to Spirit if all Attributes are equal.
