Can't disable upscaling

Don't know if it's a bug, but I've seen a few people saying they have the option. I have no way to disable upscaling, none at all. Upscale mode has DLSS, NIS etc. but no "none" option. Doesn't matter if I enable Dynamic Resolution or not.

I also tried in windowed mode on 720p resolution (I normally run 2160p) and no, still no way to disable upscaling. What's up with that?

—Actually I think I've got it, you disable dynamic resolution and max render resolution changes to actual render resolution, that was not immediate
