Enemies can walk through Frost Wall

So basically when you cast Frost Wall to save yourself or to use it for a combo some enemies are just going through the wall as their is nothing but air.
The Url shows a clip of me showing the problem.
It doesnt depend on specifiy support Gems. Even with none equipped this happens.
Note:
This occured the first time after the big patch from yesterday night.
