Infernal cry fire dmg + brutality

Will Brutality block extra fire dmg from Infernal Cry? Some say yes, and others say no. Thanks for help.

Brutality will block any elemental damage on the skill it is linked to, regardless of where that elemental damage came from. Infernal Cry will not boost skills supported by Brutality with the fire damage bonus. The explosions will still work, because those come from Infernal Cry itself.
