Shader caching ruining the game

Everytime AMD cards at least, probably the same for Nvidia though most likely less noticable, your caching EVERY new area for X amount of time, chunking frames are creating a horrible, miserable experience likened to a team that doesn't get what gaming is. We don't want to see experiences like this. Stop streaming assets. We download files, include everything, and if you feel the need have us do a ONE OFF shader cache on opening the game, not the way it is. It's awful and will push people away. POE was never this bad. Poe 2 on the other hand is showing it's either not ready for even EA or that you wish to take it in a poor direction. It's not MSFS2024 where you can periodically chunk in parts of the world in the background, it's a fast paced game that should have everything loaded in as you cross into a new area. Sort it

Just to add, it FEELS like assets are streamed. Outside this, it's great, hitting 144 FPS on max graphics as I should be, but upon entering a new area (new as in, I haven't been in it on this session) it can chunk down to as low as 10 fps. It's not great. My hardware is more than up to standard, and I have talked to many people in both my own social circles or within the games global chat facing these same issues.
