Duplicate Purchase Issue with Gem Stash Tab

Hi everyone,

I recently encountered an issue while purchasing stash tabs in Path of Exile 2. When I tried to buy the Gem Stash Tab, an error message appeared. I clicked the purchase button again, but the same error message popped up.

A few minutes later, I logged back into the game to retry the purchases. To my surprise, I noticed that both attempts to buy the Gem Stash Tab had gone through, even though I only wanted one.

Here’s what I intended to buy:

Gem Stash Tab
Currency Stash Tab
Premium Quad Stash Tab

Here’s what I ended up with:

Two Gem Stash Tabs
Currency Stash Tab
Premium Quad Stash Tab

Is there a way to resolve this and get a refund for the extra Gem Stash Tab? Thank you for your help!
