Strongbox always locked

i opened a strongbox on Forge map, level 66, and nothing came out of it, just volatile crags, the crags are comming out of it forever, but no monsters, the strongbox is magic "Scorched blacksmith strongbox of treasures". Also whemever i click on it, it says its closed.

Same happened to me. Crypt map, no monsters ever spawned, 1 monster in map remaining, which is the boss.
