My ps5 account for POE2 doesn't appear

I think I messed up setting up the account. I initially created an account here using the email address of my ps5 account but not my ps5 user ID. I then linked my ps5 account. Although my ps5 user ID now shows, my account says I don't have POE2 early access and my character doesn't show up on main account screen. Did I do something wrong?

Same here was there a fix for this? Its telling me to rebuy the early access when I own it.

Also have the same problem, can you look into this GGG. It says that my account doesn't have access to early access and i need to change name on one of my characters.
