Kabala relic missible?

I didnt get it in cruel difficulty and progressed further. Once I returned to Keth, the area looked much smaller and bird monsters were not there anymore, I think it drops from them. I cleared whole area twice and relic didnt drop.

I found myself in the same situation, no relic drop on keth after clearing it many times.
