Why do I insta die in Trials?

Everytime I try trials I insta die from something but i dont know what. my health is full when i die. theres no timer. i cant see a monster i cant see if i stand in something. everytime. i have no clue. tell me what it is?

Are you running out of Honor? (The yellow bar above your EXP)

Why can you not see if you are standing on something? Most of the traps are pretty obvious if you're in the same screen as them.

Are you suffering a large lag spike?
