+1 Cleared everything and obtained the fragment, map says failed.

Found iron citadel twice, both time same issue.

I have the same problem. The boss icon remains on the minimap and says ,,1 monster remaining” despite the fact all map is cleared...

Same for me. Got the fragments tho. I can now map around it still.
