My mailbox cannot receive emails

My mailbox cannot receive the email about changing the mailbox, so I cannot log in and change my account.
I have two accounts under my account. I don't know who the other one belongs to. I can't log in to my other account on the client to play the game and spend the 300 gold coins above.
