The Mad Wolf of Ogham - Bugged and cannot complete

I'm just reporting that most of us are stuck and can't complete the parts and this quest. I tried killing the boss again, nothing, talking to the hooded guy in town doesn't work, no dialogue. I passed Act2 and it still says Travel East in the last quest of Act1, can you please solve my ending?
