Loot spawning outside of the map

In this zone some of the monsters spawn outside of the map area and moves in towards your character.
My Skeletal Arsonists and Raging Spirits manage to reach and kill some of them before they are able to enter the map area.
Which means their loot drops ends up in unreachable spots.
Unfortunately in this case an important item.
