Infinite "Minion" Respawns

Act: 3 (first time)

An enemy that spawns minions is infinitely spawning them on top of me, regardless of my location in the zone. They are immediately respawning upon death, and do damage. They are killable over and over. I can't find the enemy anywhere within the zone, happened during my fight with the big unique gorilla. I kept one alive for the sake of the short clip.
