Irongrasp Vagabond Armour - Iron Grip/Iron Will Bug

I am trying to use Iron Grip and stack strength for damage. It seems that when I add this item, I lose about a lot of HP once fully equipped.

Here is a base

When I remove all items, I have 880 HP
When I equip Irongrasp, I have 636 HP

I have not seen a description for Iron Grip or Iron Will in POE2 so I am not sure if this is intended as a consequence, or a bug.
