Fonts (Rage, Mana, Blood) should benefit from increased area of effect supports

Font of Rage, Font of Mana, and Font of Blood currently do not benefit from increased area of effect support gems. This appears to be by design since support gems explicitly state they improve "Skills" and support gems themselves are not skills. However, it would be beneficial if these fonts could benefit from any increased area of effect supports they are linked to.

As is, their radius of 3m is incredibly low and limits their usefulness. And looking through the skill tree, there doesn't seem to be any way to increase this radius. All of the area of effect nodes on the tree are specific to "Spells" or "Attacks", none of which would benefit font supports.
