Bug GPU 99%, RTX 4090 / i7 12700k 32 Ram

I was having an issue with my GPU stuck at 99% usage and 50 FPS on my RTX 4090/i7 12700K. The fix I found was switching from DirectX 12 to DirectX 11, and everything went back to normal.
