Soft Crashing to desktop, Lock-ups, and Hard Freezes -Switching to Vulkan Fixed it

When the game sometimes lags out or w/e you want to call it i can't move but can hear the monsters moving and attacking me. If I go into my task manager PoE 2 has a leak, for only this 1 of three types of crashes. The other two are a total freeze.
Also I changed to Vulkan and have not played yet today, but i was sometimes also getting a popup error reading D3DX12 cannnot create image or something similar to that. I will get a screenshot of soon. It happens fast but I can capture it. I do understand nerfing some things that are op. BUT PLEASE FIX THE CRASHING FOR EVERYONE THAT HAS IT. WE CAN'T SCREENSHOT IF PC IS HARD FROZE DEDICATE MORE RESOURCES TO THIS until its fixed. It started back in the graphics overhaul in PoE 1. I looked into it very deep, and I did have one of the early processors from intel the 13700k specifically and it was bad of course. The early 14700's are bad as well and you can find that all on reddit. I replaced motherboard and Intel with a AMD 5(before even attempting PoE 2) and things were fixed on other games but PoE has never been fixed. 1 and 2 Common software in my background is OBS, Nvidia, and discord. You must be able to replicate and fix it. Send me a pm if you need to I'll give you anything you need from my pc to check into it. Pretty savy here. Agreed. I quit PoE1 Because of it. I'm about to leave this game and ask for a refund for this one. I have no clue if they ever fixed it for PoE1(it seems not) I Probably won't know if they fix it for 2 either...It's the only game that does this. I have updated everything, BIOS, drivers, and pretty decent specs.. #Annoyed.

" Vulkan fixed mine. I know all pc's are different but its worth a shot. Played over 3 hours not 1 crash after a vulkan switch. One sad Exile
