Trials
Playing around on different classes and that, Trials feel fundamentally broken. Trial of the Sekhemas is literally impossible for a melee character unless you come back when you can one shot everything. The Honour system needs to just be fully removed. Having the Honour system MAYBE as a room mechanic might be ok, but not the whole trial. Trial of Chaos while better feeling, that first boss attack patterns seem to fire off mid animation and do so much damage that even coming in 12 levels higher (and yes with defenses) you end up getting one shot. I'm all for hard fights, but there is a difference between hard challenging and hard annoying.

" Went in with my jank titan (not following any build, just what looked good to me) with zero problems almost as soon as I got access in act 2. Honor is the entire point of the trial, it is a trial of attrition to teach you that you can't just rely on face tanking the whole game. Your choices have consequences, and those will compound. It is not difficult, on any build, especially not the first floor (that you can do infinitely with the quest token). |
