Giant Tornado Boss Ability (Trial of Chaos)

Bahlak The Sky Seer has an ability where it turns into a giant tornado. Someone should take a look at it to make sure it's not bugged or is working as intended. In my opinion it does unreasonably high damage and moves too quickly. I was doing the trial in Monster Level: 67. I got this boss twice and died in about 1 second because of the tornado with a life flask rolling.

Kills me in under 1 second as a level 91 Warrior. Damage seems to just ignore all mitigation. I posted a thread about it before and got told to get good. Face tank farming T18 maps apparently isn't getting good enough according to people who aren't even level 60 yet because they spend their time dick riding on the forums.
