please fix sao paulo BR gateway

see my post history. i know everyone is talking about the w11 update bug and the nerfs.

but, i live in brazil and my game is running "fine", except i can't play without ping because my country's gateway is bugged and i seem to be able to play any other gateway that has >100 ping

please fix this for us south americans!
